Introduction

Creamy and delicious ! Tastes like a peanut butter/banana oatmeal cookie. Creamy and delicious ! Tastes like a peanut butter/banana oatmeal cookie.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup dry old fashioned oatmeal
    1 TBSP peanut butter
    1-2 packets splenda
    generous sprinkle cinnamon
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1 TBSP half and half cream
    1/2 medium sized banana, chopped
    1 dash of vanilla extract

Directions

Put oatmeal in a shallow bowl.
Add peanut butter, cinnamon, splenda, milk and vanilla extract.
Cook for 2 minutes in microwave on high.
Take out of micrawave, add cream and chopped up banana. Stir.
Enjoy!
