Ingredients

2/3 cup chopped dates
1 cup water
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup almond butter
2 1/2 cups oats (old fashioned)
1 cup RAW protein powder (or other protein powder)
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Up to 1 cup chopped dried fruit (I used more dates)
Up to 1 cup chopped nuts and seeds (I used walnuts and pepitas)
Directions
Preheat to 375. Spray 9 X 13 pan.
Blend 2/3 cups dates and 1 cup water well in blender. Add 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp almond butter. Mix in med. bowl: oats, protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Add wet ingredients. Mix in dried fruit and nuts. Press in 9 X 13 pan and bake for 15 minutes. Cut when still warm.
