Introduction

Flavorful side dish for tacos, fish, etc. Flavorful side dish for tacos, fish, etc.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3 Cups Rice, uncooked
    1.5 cups chopped Onions
    .5 C Jalapeno chopped
    15 oz Can black beans, drained
    15 0z Tomatoes, diced canned
    !tbs minced garlic
    ! Tb chicken better than boullion
    6 cups water


Directions

Heat olive oil add and saute onion and jalapeno til translucent.
Add rice and cook 3 minutes stirring to coat.
Add remaining incredients.
Cover, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook until all the water is absorbed.
Makes 10 1 cup servings
sprinkle with cuman and cilantro if desired.
