Ingredients

    5 Chicken Leg Quarters
    1 Large Onion
1 Can 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth
1 Packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Tips

I am sure you could cook any amount or type of chicken that you choose, I just happened to have a package of 5 leg quarters, so that is what this recipe's nutrition information is based on. Also, this comes out VERY juicy and falling off the bone, so you might want to use a slotted spoon when removing it from the crock pot.

Directions

Peel onion and cut into large chunks and place in bottom of crock pot.
Remove skin and fat from chicken leg quarters, and place them on top of the onion.
Pour in can of chicken broth.
Sprinkle packet of onion soup mix over chicken.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
