Introduction

Super healthy mix of all kinds of good for you liquids. Tastes pretty darn good too. Super healthy mix of all kinds of good for you liquids. Tastes pretty darn good too.

Ingredients

    1 cup carrots
    1 cup celery
    6 oz green tea
    1 cup blackberries &/or blueberries

Directions

Boil carrots and celery in 2 cups water for about 5 minutes. Strain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking liquid. Blend in a blender with the liquid, and strain into a glass. Throw out the pulp. Blend the berries with the tea, add the carrot and celery juice. Strain into a glass and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes one large glass
