Ingredients

    Combine and mix well for filling:
    6 C Rhubarb, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
    1C Splenda (equivalent to 1C sugar)
    1/3 C All Purpose Flour
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1/2 C Water

    Mix together and sprinkle evenly over rhubarb misture:
    1 C All Purpose Flour
    1 C Raw Roller Oats
    1 C Brown Sugar Splenda (equivalent to 1C brown sugar)
    1/2 cup Melted Butter

Tips

Cooking with Splenda does not brown as much as sugar.
I find the package directions on the splenda of using measure for measure in place of sugar sometimes makes things too sweet. I'm experimenting still.


Directions

Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
