Ingredients

    pie crust
    1 C gooseberries
    1 C sugar
    1/3 C flour
    1 C water

Directions

Make double pie crust. Mix flour and sugar then add gooseberries and water. Pour into pie shell and top with second crust. Cook at 350° for 1 hour.
