Ingredients

    7 oz stewed chicken legs, skin and bones removed
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    6 c. chicken broth
    1 can corn
    2 c. black beans
    2 t. cumin..or more to taste
    1 T. chili pwd
    Salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Would be wonderful with a dollop of fat free sour cream and some taco chips..be sure if you do add these ingredients..that you adjust the calories.


Directions

dump all except chicken and spices into crock pot..let mixture cook on low for 4 hours..Add stewed chicken and spices.Serve
