Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey
    2 cups cooked white rice
    1 - 15 ounce can of beans (kidney, pinto OR black)
    1 can kernal corn - drained
    1 - 10 ounce can diced Mexican-style tomatoes
    1 cup Pace chunky salsa - mild
    1 cup sour cream
    2 cups shredded cheese - divided into 2
    1 can green chill

Directions

Fry ground turkey and onions.

Add all ingredients together except for 1 cup of grated cheese. Put in a roaster or large casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
