Ingredients

Granulated Sugar, 4 cup
*Grade A Extra Large White Eggs, 8 serving
*Flour, White unbleached, 2 cup
Salt, 1 tsp
*Chocolate, Semisweet Morsels, Nestle, 12 oz
*Unsweetened Baking Chocolate Squares (Baker's) 8 Squares for the brownies, 2 squares for the icing.
Butter, unsalted, 2 cups for the brownies, a 1/4 cup for the icing.
Powdered Sugar, 2 cup, unsifted for the icing
Vanilla Extract, 2 tsps for the brownies, 2 tsps for the icing.
Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 3 Tbs. (icing)
Directions
Melt 2 cups butter and 8 ounces of chocolate on the stove top over very low heat. Remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar. Let cool. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla. Mix in flour and salt until just incorporated. Add 1 12 ounce bag of morsels. Spread in pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Add powdered sugar, 1/4 cup butter, 2 ounces unsweeted chocolate and remaining 2 tsps. of vanilla to sauce pan. Over low heat, stir until all ingredients melt and incorporate. Pour warm frosting over brownies and smooth to edges. Work quickly before icing begins to cool. Let icing set up before serving.
