Ingredients

    1 can black beans, drained, rinsed
    1 can yellow sweet corn
    1 can black olives, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    Chives
    4 oz dry orzo--boiled and cooled

Directions

drain the black beans and rinse them to get the "gravy off", mix with 1 can chopped olives and 1 can yellow sweet corn. Chop 1 bell pepper (any color works of course...I just had green on hand). I also chopped some fresh chives to garnish. Add cooked and cooled orzo. Add salt, pepper and cumin to taste! Enjoy :)
