Introduction

Ingredients

    2 medium onions chopped
    1 28 oz can of potatoes
    1 29 oz tomato sauce
    5 ozs Heinz 57 sauce
    2 1/2 ozs Texas Pete hot sauce
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tablespoon of salt
    1/2 tablespoon of black pepper
    1 tablespoon of butter
    3 pounds of ground pork
    1 pound of chicken livers
    4 ounces of mustard
    1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Tips

The stock pot or dutch oven should be at least large enough to handle 6 quarts


Directions

cook liver. potatoes and onions in a large stock pot or dutch oven for 30 minutes. Then ad the pork and livers to a blender and puree.then add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour or until thickened. thin with water if too thick. It should be the consistency of spaghetti sauce. This usually served over rice. One spoonful should be enough to cover each serving of rice.
