Wonderful on a sandwich, salad, pasta, Toasted bagette with some smoked mozza and arugula or like my family loves to eat them - all on their own.
Directions
Preheat oven to 275F
Cut tomatoes in half
Put on baking pan cut side up.
Brush with EVOO
Sprinkle with Salt
Bake for 5 hours.
