Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Boost - 1 8oz. bottle (or 8oz. Chocolate Milk 3.25%)
    Weider Weight Gainer powder - 1/3 cup (or 1/3 cup of powdered milk).
    1 Banana (or 1/2 cup frozen mixed fruit and 1/2 cup banana)
    2 heaping Tbsp peanutbutter
    2 heaping Tbsp Nutella
    1/2 cup Ice (about 3 to 4 Ice Cubes)

Tips

After initial blending of all ingredients, turn off blender. Then, use a spatula to clear peanutbutter and nutella stuck to sides of blender, then mix again.


Directions

Mix ingredients in blender. Start with liquid Boost or milk and add powder, then blend. Add Ice and remaining ingredients, and blend until mixed completly.

Serving Size: Makes 2 1-cup servings
