Ingredients

    2 lbs. ground turkey
    1 medium onion, chopped
    Chili Beans (15 oz. can)
    Pinto Beans (16 oz. can)
    Great Northern Beans (15.5 oz. can)
    Black Beans (15 oz. can)
    Diced Tomatoes (15 oz. can)
    Dices Tomatoes with Green Chilies (10 oz. can)
    Fiesta Corn (16 oz. can)
    1 package Taco Seasoning Mix, Reduced Sodium
    1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix (powder)

Directions

Brown the ground turkey with onions; drain when finished and set aside. Place all beans, corn, tomatoes and seasoning mixes int a large crockpot -- INCLUDING ALL JUICES.

Add beef and onions to pot and stir until thoroughly mixed. (Crockpot will be full!)

Cook on high for 2 hours and turn temperature to low and simmer for an additional hour.

Serving size = 1 cup

Great with some reduced fat cheddar cheese and a spoonful of no fat sour cream on top!
