Ingredients

    16 ozs of venison stew meat
    3 medium potatoes diced
    1 large onion
    1 cup baby carrots
    1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
    salt, pepper and garlic to taste

Tips

i sometimes use a little flour when browning the meat


Directions

brown venison in cast iron skillet with onions, put in crock pot, add onions, potatoes, carrots, pour soup mix over all and season to taste. cook on low for 4-5 hrs
