Ingredients

    4 #10 black eyed peas
    4 #10 cans pinto beans, drained
    3 gallon frozen corn
    3 med. red onions, chopped
    6 green peppers, finely chopped
    1 stalk celery
    1/2 gal. Italian salad dressing (may need more or less)

Directions

Rinse all canned ingredients. Mix first 6ingredients. Add dressing, toss to coat.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until ready to use.
Best if made day ahead.
