Ingredients

    Mueller's Whole Grain Spaghetti, 6 serving
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Spinach, fresh, 4 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 plum tomato
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic and brown turkey. Add tomates and spinach until just wilted. Add pasta. Toss to coat. Heat just through. YUMMM

    I added onion to mine and it was awesome. Make sure to use fresh spinach though it will taste so much better. I did it without the turkey and it's still good. - 8/5/09
