Introduction

I made this once because I wanted something other than green salad. My family loved it and now request it when I have to bring something for dinner. It started off with Spicy Italian but my husband likes Balsamic Vinaigrette...use either it's good both ways. I made this once because I wanted something other than green salad. Ingredients

    2 red peppers
    2 yellow pepper
    2 cucumbers
    2 or 3 large tomatoes
    10 oz dry salami
    32 oz Balsamic Vinaigrette
    3.8 oz can Black pearl Olives sliced
    8 oz bag Italian Style shredded Cheese
    16 oz chopped ham
    1 lb Rotini (1 box of Barilla Rotini)
    1 bottle Salad Seasoning

Directions

Cook pasta as directed.

Chop peppers, tomatoes and salami into bite size pieces.

Mix everything into a big bowl adding cheese and one 16 oz bottle of balsamic vinaigrette.
Let stand for 1 hour in fridge to let pasta absorb vinaigrette. Add second bottle of vinaigrette and mix well.
Chill and serve.
Makes a bunch of servings, depending on how much you want.
