Ingredients

    2 cans of Salmon, drained, skin and bone discarded
    1 pkg of Stuffing mix
    1 cup of Low-moisture, part-skim mozzarella cheese
    3/4 cup of water
    2 green onions
    1/3 cup Mayonnaise
    1 tbsp Lemon juice

Tips

A garden salad goes great with it on a hot summer day!
Patties can be shaped ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before cooking as directed.
Serve with Tartar sauce.


Directions

Mix all ingredients, shape into 12 patties, using about 1/3 cup size for each patty. Refrigerate for 10 mins.
Heat a large pan on medium heat. Add patties in batches.
Cook 6 mins (3 mins on each side) or until golden on both sides.
