Slow cooker ranch flavored pork with beans and corn served with rice. Slow cooker ranch flavored pork with beans and corn served with rice.
Number of Servings: 6


    Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece
    Beans, pinto, 1 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    Hidden Valley Ranch Mix, dry, 28 gram(s)


Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork in bottom of pot.
Drain and add around pork: kidney beans, pinto beans & corn.
Add water.
Add garlic.
Add Ranch Seasoning mix.
Cover and set on Low.
Prior to serving, boil water and cook rice.
