    chop red onion and sautee in hot pan
    add turkey to onions and fry

    in a glass dish layer corn tortortilla in an even layer
    spred enchilada sauce then layer refried beans and turky top with more enchilada sauce and cheese

    place in oven and bake tell cheese is melted
