Ingredients

    2 lbs extra lean hamburger 93%
    1 lb lean hamburger 90%
    1/3 C Texmati Royal Blend Rice
    1/3 C Black Bean & Corn Salsa
    4 good dashes of hot sauce (I like "chilli" brand
    1 pkg Country Pioneer Meatloaf Mix
    14 gr pork rinds (well crushed)
    1/4 C diced 3 Peppers & Onion Blend
    1/4 C Reduced Fat Sargento Mexican Cheese, shredded
    1/4 C Egg Beaters



Directions

mix all ingredients together. Shape into a loaf and cover with aluminum foil. Cook 1hr at 350 degrees. Lower to 250 degrees for another hour.

Serving Size: 1" slice-approximately 12 servings
