    1.5 cup Pure pumpkin
    1 cup Quaker oats blend into a powder
    .5 cup Greek yogurt 0 fat
    tbsp Cinnamon
    tsp Nutmeg
    4 Splenda packs
    tbsp Vanilla extract

If you have all spice you can add that


Directions

Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl Combine wet ingredients in another. Fold wet into dry. Bake for 30 min in a glass dish or cake pan. Cut into approx 12
