Ingredients

    4 steaks
    2 tbl. olive oil
    2 tsp. season salt (regular sat was used to calculate nutrition)
    2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. meat tenderizer (Was not included in nutrition info)
    1 sm. onion
    1 sm. green pepper

Directions

Oven 350 degrees. Cut onion into rings. Slice green pepper, season meat with season salt, pepper, garlic and tenderizer. Place in fry pan with olive oil. Cook 10 minutes on both sides. Place onion, green pepper in pan. Cook until tender. Serve sauce as gravy or dip for bread.

    This recipe says oven at 350 degrees than it proceeds to give instructions to put steak in pan for 10 minutes & nothing about using the oven. What gives???? - 3/26/09
