Ingredients

2 Kiwis, Peeled & Diced
2 Golden Delicious Apples - Peeled, Cored, & Diced
8 oz. Raspberries
1 lb. Strawberries
2 Tbsp. Splenda
1 Tbsp. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
3 Tbsp. 100% Fruit Preserves, Any Flavor
10 (10 in.) Whole Wheat, Low-Carb Flour Tortillas
Non-Stick Canola Oil Spray
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Splenda
Tips
Add the apples last & mix into the other fruit to keep them from browning.
Directions
1. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, Golden Delicious apples, raspberries, strawberries, Splenda, brown sugar blend & fruit preserves. Cover & chill in the refrigerator at least 15 min.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
3. Coat one side of each flour tortilla with non-stick spray. Cut into wedges & arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon & Splenda. Spray again with cooking spray.
4. Bake in the preheated oven 8-10 min. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges. Allow to cool approximately 15 min. Serve with chilled fruit mixture.
