Introduction

Note to HCG'ers: This is for P2. For P3, omit the broth. Put the radishes in a plastic bag with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Shake in some rosemary, salt, and pepper. Ingredients

    2 cups radishes, cut in wedges
    1 cup broth - veggie, chicken, or beef
    Dried Rosemary
    Salt and Pepper

Directions

Add broth to baking dish. Toss until well coated. Sprinkle with crushed dried rosemary, salt, & pepper, and bake at 325 until they begin to turn brown.
