Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 cup cooked brown rice
    1/2 medium red onion chopped
    1/2 medium green bell pepper chopped
    3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 head of cabbage
    2 15oz cans of Contadina Tomato Sauce w/ Italian herbs

Directions

Peel 10 large leaves off the cabbage head. Boil leaves for 10 minutes. When done, set aside and let cool. Mix raw ground turkey, brown rice, onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce and eggs in a large bowl. Pour 1 can of tomato sauce in a large pot. Roll about half a cup of the stuffing mixture into a cabbage leaf. Set in pot. Once all the rolls are done, pour the other can of tomato sauce on top of the rolls in the pot. Cook on low heat for 1.5 hour, carefully turning cabbage rolls to prevent them from burning every 20 minutes.
