Introduction

I have always preferred my pork chops fried, but these were fantastic, and much healthier! I have always preferred my pork chops fried, but these were fantastic, and much healthier!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs boneless pork chops (about 8 chops)
    1 large egg
    3 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp water
    1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet wit non-stick cooking spray.

Mix together egg, soy sauce, water, and spices in a pie plate or shallow bowl. put bread crumbs in a separate bow, or on a sheet of waxed paper.

Dip chops into egg mixture, then press into crumbs, coating evenly on each side. Place in prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes. Turn and bake 20 minutes longer, or until done.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
