Ingredients

1/4 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1/2 cup 0% Chobani plain Greek yogurt
1 garlic clove, minced extremely fine
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
6 cups broccoli, finely chopped
1 1/4 cups jicama, chopped into very small pieces
1 very small red onion, finely chopped
6 slices cooked thick-cut peppered bacon, finely chopped
3 tbsp dried cranberries, finely chopped
Tips
You can make this less than 100 calories if you use lean turkey bacon...but that would be sacrilege!
Directions
In large bowl, whisk mayo, yogurt, minced garlic, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
