Introduction

This is my recipe for fat free salsa. I use it with chips, to top off meats like chicken, or in burritos. Yields approximately 3 1/2 cups of salsa. Each serving size is 1/4 cup. Ingredients

    1/2 cup Wishbone fat free Italian dressing
    1 1/2 cup frozen sweet corn
    2 large tomatoes, diced small
    1/4 white onion, chopped small
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    juice from 1 lime
    1/3 bunch cilantro, minced

Directions

Dice tomatoes and put into a large bowl. Chop onions in a small prep food processor and add to bowl. Chop cilantro in food processor and add. Mince 2 cloves of garlic and add to bowl. Add juice from 1 lime to mixture. Add frozen corn and Italian dressing. Stir well. Keep leftovers refridgerated.
