Introduction

Ingredients

    4 cups oats
    1/2 cup groats
    1/4 cup quinoa
    1/4 cup flaxseed (I use golden but any kind is fine)

Tips

The groats will take a lot of water so you might need to add more, but only a tablespoon or two.

If you don't like gooey oats, boil ~1 cup water (a little less) and then add the medley, cooking like steel cut oats.


Directions

Make sure the medley is well-mixed, then add 1/4 cup to 2/3 cup water and heat over the stove. Prepare like your regular oatmeal (and get ready for a ton of fiber and some interesting consistency!)
