Ingredients

    8-10 fresh strawberries
    1 whole banana
    1 serving protein powder
    2 servings (16 oz) Almond Milk, Vanilla
    ice

Tips

This is my first attempt at a fresh, healthy smoothie. I'm sure there are better ones out there, this is just using what I had on hand. Just got the blender for Father's Day, trying to incorporate that into some healthy snacks/meals.


Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend!

Serving Size: 2-20oz cups approximately
