Ingredients

    1/4 c white ww flour
    1 tbsp vanilla sunwarrior protein powder
    pinch of salt
    3/4 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp truvia
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 Ener-g egg replacer egg, prepared
    1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
    1 tbsp applesauce
    dash of vanilla extract (or vanilla stevia)

Directions

Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Mix wet into dry. Make sure everything is incorporated and heat up your waffle iron.
Pour batter into waffle iron and cook for 5-6 minutes or according to iron instructions. These come out nice and crispy with some extra time! ENJOY!
