Ingredients

    *Lean Ground Beef (32 oz, 2 lbs, 0.91 kg)
    *Unico Red Kidney Beans - 1 can/796 mL/28 oz
    *Unico Tomatoes - 1 can/796 mL/28 oz
    *No Name Canned Slice Mushrooms - 1 can/284 mL/10 oz
    *Heinz Beans, Maple Style - 1 can/398 mL
    *V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium - 2 cups
    *Onion, Raw - 1 cup chopped
    *Chili Powder, 2 tbsp
    *Garlic - 2 cloves or 1 tsp minced
    *Salt - 1 tsp
    *Pepper, Black - 1 tsp
    *Cumin - 1 tsp

Directions

Combined all ingredients into Crock Pot & stir once
Cover
Cook on low 10 to 12 hours or high 5 to 6 hours
