Introduction

This is a great smoothie for those who are not able to consume dairy. This is a great smoothie for those who are not able to consume dairy.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup almond milk (plain or vanilla flavored) If using vanilla flavored you wont need vanilla extract.
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1 cup frozen blue berries
    1 banana cut in chunks
    1 Tbs vanilla extract

Tips

You can add more almond milk to make thinner if you like. These come out fairly thick. If using almond milk with vanilla flavoring you wont need vanilla extract.


Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
