Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup White Whole Wheat Flour (King Arthur)
    3/4 cup egg beaters egg white (100% blue carton)
    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
    Milk, nonfat, 1.25 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    1/4 cup *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking

Directions

Mix eggs and splenda
add half of the flour and whisk
add half of milk whisk
repeat (batter should be slightly running)

heat pan on med- high
use 1/3 cup of batter and swirl it around pan
when crepe gets little tan flip it and cook

fill with strawberries, bananas and blueberries and wrap like a burrito. Drizzle maple syrup (sugar free kind as well) Enjoy!
