Ingredients

    10 oz of fresh Kale (Finely chopped)
    8 oz of fresh Spinach (remove stems)
    1 large yellow onion chopped
    2 cloves of garlic
    2 tbsp of olive oil
    2 tbsp of Kikkoman low sodium soy sauce

Directions

sautee onions and garlic in the olive oil on low heat in a large pot. Meanwhile, beginning chopping the kale into small pieces and de-stemming the spinach. When the onions are translucent, add the greens and tomatoes (also cut into small pieces). When it cooks down a little begin to stir it up to mix the onions and tomatoes into the greens. Add a little soy sauce and cover. Cook a low heat for 15 minutes.
