Introduction

One of the first green smoothies I tried. It's not perfectly healthy, but it is perfectly delicious. One of the first green smoothies I tried. It's not perfectly healthy, but it is perfectly delicious.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 cups Fresh Spinach
    1/2 cup Raspberries, frozen
1/4 cup Fat-free cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt)
2 tbsp Sugar-free, Fat-free, Cheesecake flavor, Dry pudding mix (you could use 1 tbsp to reduce the sodium, or omit it, but it changes the flavor)
12 oz water (adjust this for the consistency you like)
    Ice

Tips

My 3 year old loves this, but I did have to put it in an opaque cup with a lid so she couldn't see the color to get her to drink it the first time. You could also modify this with any fruit if the texture of the seeds bothers you.

Directions

Obviously this all goes in a blender. I do it like this: Blend spinach and water first, making sure it gets very smooth. Then add the fruit, cottage-cheese, and pudding mix, and blend. Then add ice and blend.
