Introduction

Quick and Easy Quick and Easy
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8oz Fresh/Frozen Cooked Salmon (canned will work-drain)
    1/4 C Bread Crumbs
    1 Large Egg
    1 TBSP Lemon Juice
    2 Slices of Onion, Finely Chopped

    Mix ingredients together
    Divide into 4 sections (approx 3.5oz each), pat them tightly together and place in Lightly spray coated pan.

Tips

Season to taste.


Directions

Since the Salmon is precooked, you only need to cook them enough to cook the egg, but do not dry them out..about 5 Minutes on each side, med/high heat.
