Ingredients

▲ 500g (~7) small potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
▲ Fry Light Sunflower Oil spray
▲ ½ Tbsp ground seasoning of your choice:
~ Cajun Seasoning
~ Curry Powder
~ Chilli Powder
~ Chinese 5 Spice
~ Garlic Powder
~ Mustard Powder
~ Salt and Pepper
~ Steak Seasoning
~ Or any other herb and spice mix you can think of
Tips
► Nutrition information is for Medium Curry Powder, but most spice mixes should be the same or less.
► Garlic flavoured wedges go great with chicken and Chilli wedges add a kick to cheesy dishes.
Directions
1) Spray a large baking/cookie sheet with Fry Light until it is evenly coated, about 12-15 sprays.
2) Lay the wedges cut side down on the oiled sheet, try to avoid overlapping them.
3) Spray with a light coat of Fry Light (another 12-15 sprays).
4) Sprinkle with about ½ Tbsp of your chosen spices.
5) Bake in the oven at 200ºC (400ºF, gas mark 6) for 30 minutes, turning half way through.
Serve as a side to your favourite dishes.
