Introduction

Crispy like chips except Kale ....you will want more ! My daughter & niece loved them. Crispy like chips except Kale ....you will want more ! My daughter & niece loved them.

Ingredients

    Directions
    - Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
    - Remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner (or paper towels).
    - Spray kale with olive oil or canola oil spray and sprinkle with garlic salt/pepper.
    -Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 minutes.


Tips

Put leaves face down and add as many as you can in 1 layer. They will shrink when baked.


Directions

I ended up with 4 cookie sheets worth of Kale at 10 minutes cooking each tray.

    Delicious. I bought pre-washed/chopped kale and the chips were smaller. Bigger might be better in this case. :) - 1/5/13
