    1C Almond Breeze Almond Milk unsweetened original
    1/2 C So Delicious creamy vanilla frozen dessert
    1 C. Canned pumpkin
    ! Med. Banana, fresh
    2 tsp. ground Cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground Nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Tips

Add ice cubes if you want a "freeze".


Directions

Place vanilla protein powder in the blender jar first, then add milk, then other ingredients. Blend and enjoy!
