Ingredients

    1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
    2 eggs
    1 cup non fat milk
    2 TBSP AI steak sauce
    1 cup onion chopped
    3 tsp minced garlic
    2 1/2 pounds ground beef

Directions

Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls and drop onto cookie sheets. Broil in oven at 550 degrees for 15 minutes or until done.

Results in 50 meatballs = 10 servings
