Ingredients

6 pork chops
Bechamel sauce:
butter / flour / milk / Dijon mustard / black pepper / herb of your choice.
Directions
In a oiled pan, roast the pork chops. Reserve.
In the same pan, add the butter and flour. Mix to get a roux. Add the milk slowly and mix to get a smooth bechamel sauce. Add the Dijon mustard, black cracked pepper and rosemary (or herb of your choice) and mix. Put the pork chops in the sauce, cover and bake at 375° for 15 minutes. You can put the pan on the bbq also.
Serve with potatoes and veggies.
