VERY easy salmon cake recipe - made on the fly, for breakfast VERY easy salmon cake recipe - made on the fly, for breakfast
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Pink Salmon (in pouch)
    Yellow Pepper bell pepper
    1 egg
    sprinkle of bread crumbs
    oil

Directions

cut bell pepper in half
dry fry one whole half in frying pan while dicing the other half
in a mixing bowl combine diced pepper with egg, salmon and bread crumbs
Once half pepper is slightly browned, remove from pan and add 1 tbsp of oil
with pan VERY hot, spoon out 4 equal portions of salmon 'fritter'
allow to brown on the bottom before flipping
cook for approx 4 minutes per side, or until browned
serve while hot!

Serving Size: makes 4 small fritters, calorie counter based on eating ALL!
