Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups Plain Greek yogurt
    2 cucumbers
3-6 garlic cloves(I like mine extra garlicy)
    1 lemon
    dill(optional)
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. With washed cucumber , peel and seed 2 cucumbers roughly chop
2.Peel garlic, If you like it not as garlicy use 1 colve, but I LOVE garlic so I put a frightening amount in mine
3. Juice of 1 Lemon
4. You can make this recipe with dill or no dill, I have tried it both way, I prefer with Dill so if you are going to use dill, I would go with 2 tablespoons
4. Now you're going to toss everything in the blender (if you're too cheap to buy a food processor like me)
the yogurt , diced cucumbers, garlic, lemon juice, dill, and salt and pepper to taste. You are going to blend it all for a minute or until there are no big chunks of cucumber.Pour into a bowl and enjoy.
