Ingredients

    Frozen, ready made pie crust
    3 C Fresh Peaches
    1/5 C Fresh Cherries
    1/8 C Granulated Sugar
    Juice of 1-2 fresh lemons

Tips

You may not even need 1/8 C of sugar if the fruits are fresh and sweet!

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper and let the dough sit until it is at room temperature.

Slice the peaches and pit the cherries. Combine the fruits in a bowl and mix in the sugar and lemon juice, making sure it is well incorporated.

Unroll the pie crust onto the lined baking sheet an arrange the fruit on the dough, leaving room for a 2 inch border.

Then, fold the edges over and lightly press to fold (the dough will not cover the entire fruit mixture). Brush the edges of the dough with egg whites.

Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.

Enjoy!
