Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Flat Out Flatbread (100 calories) (I used Honey Wheat)
    1/4 cup pizza sauce (I used Contadina)
    1/2 cup reduced fat shredded mozzarella
    1/4 cup drained pineapple tidbits
    1 slice extra lean ham, cut or torn up
    cooking spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray each side of the flatbread with cooking spray. Lay on pizza screen (best if it's a screen or a pan with holes in it). Spread on the pizza sauce. Sprinkle on one half the cheese, then sprinkle on pineapple and ham pieces. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the pizza. Cook about 10-15 minutes, to desired done-ness.

Serving Size: makes one hawaiian pizza meal
