    Blueberries, fresh, .75 cup
    Strawberries, fresh, 6 medium
    Wegmans Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt, .5 cup
    Nasoya Tofu, Silken, .2 package
    Ice, 2 cup

Tips

You can add milk if you want it thinner, yogurt/berries if you want it thicker, and honey if you want it sweeter.
